The Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway modernization project is the largest transport programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Implementation of the plan will bring many amenities for both visitors and residents of the entire Pomeranian region.
Apart from the connection with the airport, the railway will serve regional and urban functions.
On behalf of Transprojekt Gdańsk, INGEO prepared Geological, Engineering and Hydrogeological Documentation at the stage of preparing the construction project.
INGEO Sp. z o. o. has also designed a temporary drainage system for the construction sites of road viaducts in Budowlane Street, build as part of the investment of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway. Next, a technological project was carried out to secure escarpments and slopes along the planned railway route from Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station to Gdańsk Osowa station. The project was carried out on behalf of the general contractor - BUDIMEX S. A.
During the construction process, we supervised the geotechnical supervision over the investment project, including additional detailed research, acceptance of foundation excavations and monitoring of raised embankments with the use of inclinometers.
